For instance, your customer’s email is optional when you create an invoice, but this email information becomes necessary if you’d like us to deliver a customer invoice by email. Specifically, we collect the following categories of information:

•             Contact information you provide during registration process : e.g., name, company name, email address, address, and phone number;

•             Interactions with us:  we may record, analyze and use your interactions with us, including email, telephone, and chat conversations with our sales and customer support professionals, for improving our interactions with you and other customers.

a)            Geographic Location Information;

We retain your information as long as you choose to use the Services.  

After you close or terminate all your user account, unless a longer retention period is required by law or regulation, your data will be deleted from the active database during the next clean-up that occurs once every 6 months. The data deleted from the active database will be deleted from backups after 3 months, unless a longer retention period is required by law or regulation or we determine it is necessary to defend against legal claims. In case of your unpaid account being inactive for a continuous period of 90 days, we will terminate your account and your data will be deleted from the active database during the next clean-up that occurs once every 6 months unless a longer retention period is required by law or regulation.

We rely on you to provide your accurate, complete, up to date information. You can update your information by yourself in the Services, as well as request updates or corrections of your information by sending an email to [email protected].

Your information is stored on servers where only the people who need it to do their jobs have reasonable limited access to. We use well-established and trustworthy server and service providers to keep our Sites and Services highly available and performing. The facilities are 24/7 monitored and controlled with protections. Your passwords are encrypted when they’re collected and sent to our servers. We only store your encrypted password(s). Also, the information that you load in your browser or upload to the Service server(s) is encrypted by using Secure Sockets Layer (SSL) while it is flowing over the internet. Moreover, on the Service server(s), we never store any sensitive information, such as credit card numbers.

Nevertheless, no method of transmission over the Internet or electronic storage is 100% secure. Therefore, we cannot guarantee absolute security. We do not cannot guarantee or warrant absolute security of our servers nor can we guarantee that information you supply through the Sites will not be intercepted while being transmitted over the Internet. We follow generally accepted industry technical standards for protecting the personal data submitted to us, both during transmission and once we receive it.
