The Magicspirit websites (“Sites”) are provided by Magicspirit Corporation (“Magicspirit”, “we” and/or “us”) to our customers (“you”). We provide software and applications as Service or Services for businesses.

Applying across all websites that we own and operate and all services we provide, this Privacy Policy provides notice to you of our privacy practices in relation to our interactions with you online, over the telephone, and in person.

Our policies and procedures are designed to keep your information safe.

This Sites are not intended for children, and we do not intentionally collect any information from them.

The Services are allocated into two Sites based on functions of the Services. The Sites may provide links to our business partners or third-party websites for your convenience and information. This Privacy Policy does not cover any personal data that you choose to give to unrelated third parties. We collect personal information from users and use and disclose such information only to provide the Services that the user has requested. For instance, your customer’s email is optional when you create an invoice, but this email information becomes necessary if you’d like us to deliver a customer invoice by email. This Personal Information may relate to you, your affiliates, your employees, your customers, or individuals you interact with.

 “personal information” or “personal data” will not include business contact information in some jurisdictions.

Specifically, we collect the following categories of information:

•             Contact information you provide during registration process : e.g., name, company name, email address, address, and phone number;

•             Interactions with us:  we may record, analyze and use your interactions with us, including email, telephone, and chat conversations with our sales and customer support professionals, for improving our interactions with you and other customers.

•             Information we collected automatically by browser, devices, and servers, includes without limitation:

a)            Geographic Location Information;

b)            Website, Mobile Application, and Email Usage Data (e.g., interactions with a website, application or advertisement);

c)            Device Information (e.g., internet protocol (IP) address, device type, unique identifier, app version, operating system, browser type, browser language , network data, and phone state);

d)            pages you viewed, how long you spent on a page, access times and information about your use of and actions on our Sites;

Some personal information is required to make our services work. And we do not sell any Personal Information to other companies.

Employees and independent contractors of Magicspirit have access to your information on a need-to-know basis and are required to follow this Privacy Policy.

Online products and services need to interact with third-party service providers and other business partners in order to work properly. We may need to share your personal information with third-party service providers and business partners that we engage. For example, we may use service providers to host our website and to process payments, and your personal information may be maintained and processed by these third parties in other jurisdictions. If your information is in other jurisdictions, it may be subject to their laws. These service providers are authorized to use your personal information only as necessary to provide these services to us. We use service providers in Canada, the United States, China, Germany, and India. We may only share information with our business partners to make our services work and may offer services or products jointly with them.

We may disclose your information when such disclosure is required or permitted by law pursuant to a legal request or when we believe that disclosure is necessary to protect either your or our rights and safety. We may also disclose aggregate information that doesn’t identify you individually or personally.

In the unlikely event that we sell our business or get acquired or merged, we will ensure that an actual or potential buyer (and its agents and advisors) in connection with an actual or proposed purchase, merger or acquisition of any part of our business is legally bound to honor our commitments to you.

We retain your information as long as you choose to use the Services.  

After you close or terminate all your user account, unless a longer retention period is required by law or regulation, your data will be deleted from the active database during the next clean-up that occurs once every 6 months. The data deleted from the active database will be deleted from backups after 3 months, unless a longer retention period is required by law or regulation or we determine it is necessary to defend against legal claims. In case of your unpaid account being inactive for a continuous period of 90 days, we will terminate your account and your data will be deleted from the active database during the next clean-up that occurs once every 6 months unless a longer retention period is required by law or regulation.

We rely on you to provide your accurate, complete, up to date information. You can update your information by yourself in the Services, as well as request updates or corrections of your information by sending an email to [email protected].

Your information is stored on servers where only the people who need it to do their jobs have reasonable limited access to. We use well-established and trustworthy server and service providers to keep our Sites and Services highly available and performing. The facilities are 24/7 monitored and controlled with protections. Your passwords are encrypted when they’re collected and sent to our servers. We only store your encrypted password(s). Also, the information that you load in your browser or upload to the Service server(s) is encrypted by using Secure Sockets Layer (SSL) while it is flowing over the internet. Moreover, on the Service server(s), we never store any sensitive information, such as credit card numbers.

Nevertheless, no method of transmission over the Internet or electronic storage is 100% secure. Therefore, we cannot guarantee absolute security. We do not cannot guarantee or warrant absolute security of our servers nor can we guarantee that information you supply through the Sites will not be intercepted while being transmitted over the Internet. We follow generally accepted industry technical standards for protecting the personal data submitted to us, both during transmission and once we receive it.
